Assistant Import and Export Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

Control all business units such as trading business, Export business, Import business and others solution design business.
Supporting and coordinating with 24 automotive customers (First tiers) and 1 automotive customer (OEM).
Annual budget setting (OPEX and CAPEX) with P&L analysis.
Coordinate with customs broker for problem solving about customs clearance process.
Warehouse controlling for receiving, storing and preparing.
Transportations controlling for inbound (Port to warehouse) and outbound (warehouse to customers).
Pricing, Costing negotiation and contract framework reviewing that relate with business handled.
Analyzes the feasibility and develop requirements for new business
Solutions designed and implementation for the new business

Qualification

Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
At least 8 years experiences in import and export, trading company or Business Development (experience in automotive industry would be advantage)
Knowledgeable in customs regulations, customs clearance process, tax privilege, Free Zone, etc.
Knowledgeable in Customer, Market and Channel management
Good ERP system knowledge and related MRP/DRP system application experience is preferred
Familiar with preferential policies for the China-ASEAN FTA and BIMSTEC
Accurate and able to work under pressure and handling multi-tasks in very dynamic environment
Flexible and problem solving skills
Good communication skills with the ability to work with customer and relevant function team
Good command of English both written and spoken skill (Chinese Mandarin would be advantage)
